what can I do with (boneless/skinless)chicken breast to make it taste better?
I probably eat about 2 pounds of it a day and it's pretty boring just grilling it up.

Dude. Boil them. Then just dip in Sriracha.

Or you can always blend them with oats, whey powder, soy protein isolate, and tuna to make pancakes.

Fuck off.

Salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin.

for two weeks i ate nothing but a chicken breast marinated in the following: oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, chili paste, thyme, rosemary, garlic, pepper and salt. cooked it in the oven with grill function for a bit of crisp. ate it with rice and a salad. didn't get old, weirdly enough.

Well, this requires you to prepare the chicken way before you're going to it, but it's fucking delicious. I got this recipe on some last year's /ck/ challenge and it's pretty simple.

Use vinegar to take off the chicken's taste (i have no idea how it works, my father taught me and i repeat it - don't remember if it's on the recipe)
The recipe tells to marinate the chicken breasts on olive oil, salt and basil. Leave it at the fridge for about a day.

I also have some verticals with nice ways to make chicken breasts (again, old /ck challenge - recipes are NOT mine), i can post them if you want

If you want to keep it healthy, you are going to have to rely on herbs and seasonings and non-oily marinades to spice it up. I like marinating chicken breasts in a mixture of citrus juice (orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit, they all work well), minced herbs, garlic, and onion, and usually a little chile of some kind. That's just a simple standard. If you like curry, you can marinate them in yogurt, some curry powder (or make you own curry seasoning), and powdered chiles. Those are just ideas for getting them to taste better before grilling.
As far as other cooking options, you could make a stuffing of veggies, herbs, and garlic and stuff the breasts and then bake (covered to keep them moist). Or, sometimes, for chicken sandwiches, I like to coat the breasts in a seasoning blend like lemon-pepper or herb and garlic and then steam them. This requires zero additional fat and keeps them moist and juicy (but they will be pale, which is why it's best for things like sandwiches or salads, where how they look doesn't really matter).

Marinate in balsamic vinegar with fresh torn basil, olive oil and a little herbs de provence.

Lemon pepper chicken is by far my favorite way to eat it. I love that shit so much.

How do you know when someone's from /fit/?

They'll tell you

Anyway OP, just add butter or cheese or whatever paleo ketosis junk food you like on your cancer causing chicken tits

This is never neccesary.

Just brine/marinade in different shit, then grill/broil/pan-fry/bread n' fry etc.

Or throw it all in a crock pot with a little braising liquid and have some pulled chicken. From there you could add a taco seasoning packet and throw it in a veggie wrap, or season it with some stir fry sauce and put it in a cabbage roll with some sesame seeds.

Cook with lemon pepper, basil and crushed red pepper.

fry up some bacon
remove from pan and deglaze the leftover grease with whiskey
now simmer the chicken in there with enough butter and heavy cream to submerge it
drizzle some chocolate syrup over the bacon
wrap the chicken in the bacon, basketweave style of course
brush with melted cheddar cheese
place on a poppyseed challah roll
now deep fry the entire thing
serve with sriracha mayo aioli

we know, who the fuck else eats nothing but chicken breast every day

chicken kebabs: http://rasamalaysia.com/chicken-kebab-chicken-kabab-recipe/2/ (you can also roast it in whole pieces at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, and then slice it up and sautee it to perfection)

vietnamese-style sandwich cuts:
marinate in equal parts soy and fish sauce, and half as much chili sauce (sriracha), roast or grill

you know, if you're on a cut there are other fucking foods you can eat with low fat content, like lean cuts of ground/roast beef or any kind of seafood whatsoever

if you're not on a cut you're retarded

Do you even lift, brah? You should be eating venison or ostrich, not fucking chicken.

Do you season it before cooking? If not try that. Obvious I know but seasoning is vital to a good flavour.

Now personally I'd pan-sear those at a high temperature. I'd use a cast iron skillet for preference but any pan that can take being made very hot (so not PTFE non-stick)

Another thing to try is brining the meat for 6 hours or so (not much longer than that, smaller cuts shouldn't be brined for the length of time you'd do a whole bird or a joint of meat).

When your diet is based around something as crappy tasting as chicken breast your best bet is simply convincing yourself it's delicious. Because the stuff simply doesn't taste good.

chicken breast is a fantastic cut of meat that is handled extremely poorly by most cooks who insist on elaborate cooking and thus quickly overlook how ripe it is for simplistic and creative cooking
