Hey there /ck/ I caught this monster last night cleaned and filleted it. I wanna experiment with a few different tastes. Any suggestions and not the basic wrap in foil with lemon and seasonsons...

nice striper

been a long time since I caught one of those

I used to just bake them and eat with lemon and butter, cause you can't fuck up fresh fish with butter and lemon

>about 14 pounder,
I hope you didn't kill it... the limit here was at least 37 inches and that was a long time ago

I wish that I had more fish to experiment with this kind of stuff

my seafood is always so simple unless I'm doing baked stuffed lobster or flounder

Ya its rare I get a nice striper cause they get so overfished. That is at a 18 inch legal limit too...

Most of the time I'm workin with Catfish.

just checked and the limit is now 28 inches here with 2 fish per angler

they might be making a comeback

Unfortunately, it's kind of a cryin shame to smother fresh caught fish in flavorful sauces. Flavorful sauces are for old, frozen, gross fish. Fresh fish should be allowed to simply shine on it's own. Smothering it in a heavy sauce is kinda like putting lipstick and blush on a 4 year old girl. It's just wrong.

This monster? You mean you fish because you're scared of them?

How did a fish learn to type?
