I'm drinking an energy blend coffee currently. It's coffee brewed with ginseng, guarana, yerba mate, and B vitamins.

It's pretty much a double dose so instead of 2 cups 1 cup will do it for ya

Blue Mountain Jamaican or Kona coffee ground Turkish fine.

I'll drink coarse grind of the above and Ethiopean coffee as well.

If it depends on personal preference, isn't there some kind of guide to basic tastes? Along the lines of zinfandel is red and has tannin, muscat is sweet and white, but for coffee

It's actually a 7-11 brand coffee called energy blend or something. I didn't want to say the name for fear I would have the fast food conspiracy autist on my ass. It's pretty good, a little darker roast than a typical cheap coffee. I drink it black.

What do you mean IF it depends on personal preference? ;-)

In addition to this coffee is unfortunately as much about roast and grind as it is about the bean. You can take the exact same beans and produce two batches of ground coffee at opposite ends of the spectrum, #1 roast dark and ground fine (as suits espresso), #2 lightly roasted, "cinammon roast", and ground coarsely (as might suit a French press).

There is no way you could tell that the original coffee beans were the same from the beverages produced by #1 and #2 because for all intents and purposes the roasting makes them actually different products, which is then compounded by grind level and the temperature of the water used... as well as the time it spends in contact with the coffee grinds.

I have no fucking clue what your shitty body chemistry is. How do you want me to be able to tell you.

Wait, here. I have the solution. I am Gordon Blumental, and I say the best coffee is Maxwell House decaf.

Every single time you'll drink it, you'll feel the awesome experience, almost religious, really, of drinking the pure nectar that is Maxwell House coffee.

Yes, yes, I will feel guilty to cash that billion dollar check from Maxwell House. I will know billions of people buy their shit product because of me. I will.
