Yea, it's pretty much the same shit as orange chicken or general tsos, but it's stir fried thigh meat that isn't breaded, then covered in a thick sweet type sauce with a soy and bourbon flavor. for food court chinese it's usually a solid choice.

Well goddamnit, it must be on my other computer. But, here's a recipe that's pretty much like mine, except I use chicken breast tenderloins, cut into two or three pieces each, I use fresh garlic, add some chili paste (sambal olek or you could use sriracha), and more black pepper than that.

Oh fuck, and I add some ginger too. So, to sum up:
Pineapple juice
Soy sauce
garlic
ginger
chili paste
bourbon
black pepper
brown sugar
chicken tenderloins
And then follow those basic directions in that recipe, stirring occasionally to coat chicken well.

Definitely the mall, in fact your picture looks exactly like the "Famous Asian Grill" in my mall. They have the best bourbon and orange chicken
