I'm from Windsor, I've been to both Gatineau and Montreal though, both nice places - public transit in Gatineau blows Windsor out of the water, it might help that Windsor is a fucking shitstain now though.

That said, honestly I'd just fire up the grill and throw some hot dogs on there, maybe with beans or chili, or perhaps just fry some onions and get some sauerkraut. Simple stuff like that, imagine KD and canned chili mixed together would probably pair well.
