Raw vegan meal.
Or even just a healthy vegan meal. I love to gorge on tofu saag with rice and curries. Always feel great afterwards. Vegan food tends to be lower in calories but higher in micronutrients so eating a lot is actually ideal.

I always regret eating a fuck ton. I realized being full all the time isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Especially when you eat before you sleep. You wake up feeling like shit. Just eat enough to where it satisfies you. Don't eat till you're stuffed. And don't eat a lot before you go to bed. You'll always regret it in the morning.
