Ration/quit the weed for a week or two or get some extra money from somewhere, your parents (tell them the situation - if your kid was living like this you'd want to know, right?), anywhere, dumpster dive, go to a soup kitchen or food drive, and try adding salad or a soup to your daily diet and go for a walk, see how much better you feel.

I hope your job as a research assistant goes well but you'll have to get fitter than you are to do it. They'll fire you if you're exhausted after the first hour, and you will be if you're used to burning 300 calories a day instead of 1500.
