DINNER CK YOU?

Nice! Do you have the bowls and mugs and pitcher too?

>> No.6062917

Cabbage leaf stuffed with pork mince, chopped cabbage innards, minced onion, cultured cream, dill and penny buns.
Garlic and parsley mashed potatoes.
Mushroom gravy.
Sautéed mustards.
This was an hour ago, though, so no pictures, sorry.

>> No.6062932

Post your poop later. That sounds good. Never had mustard greens or stuffed cabbage. Might give that cabbage a try soon. Do you steam them or what?

>> No.6062961

>>6062932
Twice. Once to soften the leaves and again after rolling and stuffing.
Technically these were leftovers. I made a huge batch and froze them in portion sizes. I have another seven stuffed cabbage dinners in the freezer for future noms.
The gravy, however, was fresh made, and the mustards were freshly sautéed in chicken fat.

My dinner tonight will just be leftovers (broccoli sautéed with garlic and chilies in olive oil, tossed with pasta and topped with grated cheese) but I cooked a traditional stew today that I stashed in the fridge that will be dinner tomorrow. I'll be having it with some polenta.
The stew is pork and liver with mushrooms, green paprikas and dill. The roux is made from smoked bacon fat and compounded with onions, caraway, peppercorn and garlic and the stock was made from trotters.

It's brown, like a cream-coffee, and friendly-looking so it throws people for a loop when they taste how piquant it is. Green paprikas are pretty damned strong and I put 400g of them in there.

Gonna have the stew and polenta with a salad after. Shall I post pictures of my Transylvanian peasant's meal tomorrow evening?

Korean barbecue-ish thing

Chucken bulgogi-style marinated+slow cooked. Rice just vinegar+salt/sugar (sushi-style thing), and with kimchi. Bokchoy stir-fried with ponzu and garlic (sesame oil). Brisket/shrimp just roasted in sunflower oil.

It's so fucking tasty...
