So many different foods to choose from and I would always leave full and satisfied. After I've consumed enough meat and shrimp to cover the amount I paid, I indulge in the lesser but more flavoursome things. You can eat all veggies if you want. You can eat nothing but steak if you are doing the Atkins triple bypass causing diet. Vegetarians should check if the cabbage, etc is cooked with bacon grease though.

Never been to GC but I used to goto Old Country Buffet as a kid which is similar I think. If they're run right in a decent neighborhood they can have some decent food. If they're in an area with any black people though it's basically a mecca for landwhales to visit with their 15 crying kids on welfare and the mom is always screaming.
