Got some handmade lamb, garlic and rosemary sausages. Any ideas what to do with them?

This is the best way to make any sausage (big size like pork ones) sear in olive oil in med hi pan for five minutes just put them down and don't touch them, turn put in preheated 450 oven for five minutes, done best cooking method period

Sausage risotto, sausage pasta (google salsiccia orecchiette). You bust open the casing, scrape out the sausage meat then sear bits of it in a pan. You can basically do anything with that as a base.

Grill it with some thick slabs of veggies on the side: zucchini, squash, red onion. Cube em up, add to some couscous. Slice sausage, serve on top, or toss it all in a nice pita with some tzatziki.
