That was me all week, except I've been chugging orange juice trying to get over a bad cold. I've decided to cook a real dinner tonight, though I have no idea what as of yet.

Homemade Mac n Cheese with Bombay and Tonic or Lemonade and fresh lemon

I want to order take-out but I don't know what type of cuisine to get...

I was going to make turkey and sausage gumbo, but I feel crappy and can't be arsed, so I'm going to make a big ass salad instead, to perk me up. I'll make the gumbo tomorrow.

A big ol' butterflied leg of lamb with a nice dry rub, done on the bbq.

Recently started working at a Abattoir/Slaughterhouse so I'm working my way threw all the different lamb cuts. Going to try out lamb tenderloins next week, any suggestions?

all ive eaten today was a small baguette that i picked up while getting beer. i have all the ingredients to make some delicious mac n cheese from scratch, as well as some spinach and steak in the fridge... but i think i'll just drink until i fall asleep and make that tomorrow before the hangover sets in.

Made this tonight. Posted a thread about this recipe using lamb instead of venison and parsley potatoes instead of toasted baby reds. Much better tonight.

Didn't take a pic, because salad isn't that exciting, but I made a big salad with romaine, red leaf lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, boiled egg, roasted turkey, blue cheese, and crispy jalapenos. Was pretty boss for a thrown together salad.

Sausage from Lewiston Maine but only because I needed to finish them

They're pretty good

Just did some stir fry with mushrooms, green pepper, onion and carrot with noodle. Added in just the right amount of jalapeño to give it spice but not be overwhelming. Turned out bretty good, got the vegetables just the right amount of cooked
