OK faggots, this is my last pig out meal, before i go on a 500 cal diet for the next 4 months.

Help me decide what my "last supper" should be. Make it count.

My local options are the following:

Ketosis.

Very low carb, most calories come from fat, with lowered protein percentage. But ketosis has a protein-sparing effect, meaning you need less of it.

You force your body to use the glycogen in your muscles and then because they don't get refilled with carobhydrate intake, your body reverts to converting fat cells in to ketones, and they flood your blood and fuel your brain.

When you don't use them up, they move in to the bladder and you excrete them, so drinking water helps flush them out.

I went from 310-190 in an 18 month period. I tried doing this crash shit, (BTW ketosis is good for guys at 12% BF looking to get to 6-8% without losing muscle, not for a fat fuck like us who just needed to lose some) if you are looking to do low calorie go PSMF or just calories in calories out.

I didn't go that crazy even, I just went through a -750 calorie deficit. It's not super fast, but it gets the job done, and no lose skin and the feeling like you want to eat everything in sight. OP if you want to have a last "meal" you are doing it wrong. Just screencap my post for reference a few weeks from now. Actually do it so that when you do realize you fucked up hard, you won't be fucked.

Lift, eat at around 1350 cal or -1000 TDEE depending on how you big you are, and even then every calorie will count.

Protien/Fat ratio, could of had too many carbs, all sorts of things could have happened. As long as you went on cycles during those two months instead of straight no carbs for that time. Could be all sorts of variables, but if you are lifting then the muscle loss would most likely be negligible.

Keto is supposed to be the best in terms of keeping muscle during weight loss, very little to none to the point where you shouldn't have noticed it. I'd disagree with those that say it's a meme diet or whatever, but it's absolutely not worth doing when you are over 20% BF when you need a lifestyle change before a diet program.
