The negative effect of MSG holey depends on who you ask.
Looking at the evidence, it seems pretty clear that MSG is safe in moderate amounts.

If you personally feel that you react adversely to MSG, then you should avoid it. Plain and simple, but if you can tolerate MSG without any symptoms, then there doesn’t seem to be any compelling reason to avoid it.

Since the MSG syndrome is unproven, no matter how many people have it, it's very likely a sodium bomb from pickles and burger seasoning, sugar prediabetic sensitivity from your soda, caffeine from your soda, or else a little food allergy you are having, with the most likely culprit being dairy or eggs from the mayo, though could be gluten from the bun. Also, how is it that people don't realize that the whole point is to use less herbicide overall? Making a GMO plant and then using glyphosate on it is better than the alternative of using multiple other herbicides most of which are more toxic than glyphosate, in larger quantities?
