What's your favorite combination, /ck/? It can be pizza, a sub, specific restaurant food, burger, sandwich, really just whatever

For me, it's:

>sub sandwich
>salami, pepperoni, ham
>provolone, parmesan
>sauteed onions and bell peppers, banana peppers, mushrooms, lettuce
>spicy brown mustard, mayo, oregano, salt and pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar
>baked

Sounds like you've come up with a slightly twisted version of an Italian cold cut hero/hoagie/sub. That shit is classic. Are you really gaining anything beyond a sense of control by adding mayo, mustard and mushrooms to it, then baking the damned thing?

I would argue you are letting the pleasure you take in telling the monkeys behind the counter to do your bidding undermine the experience of your sandwich, which you've turned from classic to muddled overkill through by taking advantage of being able to make toomanyfuckingchoices about its construction.
