Rome? Come on the best olive oil and balsamic vinegar is perfect for damned near anything.

Classic Caesar is classic. With a side of French onion soup and dessert of creme brulee. Hmmmm.

Almost everything else I take naked, particularly if it's at a restaurant I don't know. Even then they'll sneak in some cheap oil to cut costs and that just ruins shit.
