1 cup flour
1/3 cup water
salami or sardines
queso blanco/queso fresco
pasta sauce
olive oil
basil

preheat oven to 500

I'm trying to build a rig to lower terracotta dishes (typically used underneath a flowerpot for water) on a vertical rack into my tandoori oven. Limits the pizzas to 8 inches because that's the opening but could make like 3 pizzas at a time.

I can get my tandoor up to 350C easily so it could be pretty gud.
