I usually try for at least three types of olives (calamata, weird green [don't know eng. name], and sundried black), marinated artichoke hearts, sundried tomato, pickled onion, and fermented carrot.

I don't do this often, but it's tasty. I am being craving-triggered.

fa;afe; and vodka. I baked them in a bit of oil this time and they came out ok but they were a bitch to work with. I can never get the falafel dough just right. this time they were sticky and finicky as hell but on the upside they are melt in your mouth tender and crunchy on the outside, so I guess its a win
