Actually, I can:

American breakfast sausage is made from pork. The primary seasoning is sage, and the hot version (obviously) has red chili added. It can be stuffed into casings but is usually formed into patties instead (as is evident by the packaging in that photo).

I think I understand the confusion. Note the constant request for a name.

In Europe everything has a particular name. the name tells you everything from size and shape, the type of casing and cooking method to meat content and how you eat it.

They go out and order Chorizo, Lincolnshire or Bregenwurst.

Because America lacks cuisine or history, they go out and order by corporate brands. "Jimmy Dean sausage" is the best you are going to get out of them.

Just like how in Europe you will get Baguette, Morgenbrod or Focaccia while Americans would get Walmart brand bread or Costco brand bread.

That should clear things up a bit.

making a roasted salsa so 'matos and onions in first under the broiler, ill put the peppers and garlic in after a bit

alright so got roasted tomato, onion, serrano chili, a fresh habenaro off muh bush, garlic, then a rehydrated guajillo chili, like half that cilantro

i only put one tomato in because imma blenderfuck the shit outta this then ill put the other tomato and cilantro in and pulse it a bit and add salt to taste(meme salt :^)

bam, got a medium thickness salsa with a very nice taste, wish you could taste it but only i can its p good
