Thick slices of pre sliced rainbow bread are traditional BBQ bread. It's usually only there to sip up leftover sauce and meat drippins and works better than good bread.

I got curious enough to look up the stats on this because Oklahoma City has never seemed like a particularly low crime city to me. It turns out that in 2014 (the most recent stats I could find) our violent crime rate was worse than NYC, Boston, LA, Tampa, Dallas...

You know what Oklahoma is? it's Texas two hundred years ago.

You know what Texas is today? it's an amalgamation of illegal immigrants, California liberals who couldn't cut it in their home state, and stub dick urban cowboys who drive king ranch(®) edition ford trucks. Also H-town niggers.

Signed- a person who lives in neither place buts gonna stand up to another pseudo-badass texfuck when you mouth off to another part of our nation when you pretty boys can't even keep your bullshit to yourselves.

Oklahoma has bought into the truck companies' whole "real men drive trucks!" bit hook, line, and sinker. 9/10 vehicles on the road are trucks, and they're almost always some variation of dual-tires, four-wheel drive, diesel, extended bed, extended cab, four-seaters. They're fucking massive as shit "work" trucks, used in the exact same manner that you would use a smart car - the occasional grocery run, then it's back to the trailer house! And of course this massive ego-boosting machine means they drive like fucking idiots. They can't wait to get into an accident. They actually talk about how "my truck could eat that Prius! I was hoping it would hit me!" Fuck yes I'm salty. I need a time-out.

I'm from the land of fly fishing, craft beer and elk, senpai. I think Oklahoma is a pretty shitty state but it's nothing compared to Texas.

Texas as a state is a swampy shithole in the east, arid shithole out west, has no mountains, no places worth living and almost no public land whatsoever.

Texniggers as """""people""""" are fat, egotistical mestizo (despite their desperate claims to the contrary) bible thumpers who contaminate better states in the summer like rats fleeing a sinking ship and insist that Texas is a western state despite the fact that it borders louisi-fucking-ana and who even when literally an ocean away from Texas seem incapable of not mentioning how much better Texas is then wherever they currently are.

Can confirm, Rib Crib is pretty good.

Where I used to live in Bixby we had the Barbecue & Blues festival which was an entire weekend of every barbecue joint in a hundred miles filling up a local park. Pretty fun stuff.
