One of my dreams is to become a sushi chef

im 19 so i think there is enough time. but i have a giant problem. i dont eat meat because im a veggie fag. should i kill myself now? or is there a way for me to stilll somehow prep sushi without having to eat it?!?!? also, sushi general if you guys want

Let me tell you one short story OP

a friend of mine, who does not eat meat, proposed to start a franchise with one of his friends

it went bankrupt in less than a semester. Because everything tasted terrible. It was only hamburguers.

As a sushi chef, you'll be working with fishes that can range from just tasting bad to potentially killing someone. If you can't eat your own fishes, then fuck off.

It's a lot harder to be good at something if you can't appreciate it. How would you know if you're making things right or not if you're not willing to taste them? How will innovate or correct minor mistakes if you have no personal way to verify? You can't just depend on others to taste for you each time.
