Where can I buy ketchup that emphasizes the tomato and vinegar flavors over the sugary flavor? I had some tasty ketchup when I visited Australia, and I just haven't found ketchup here in the states that isn't super sweet.

i think Hunt's is more vinegary than Heinz, and i like it better. i think Heinz still makes a reduced sugar version of ketchup.

my preferred method is to just add malt vinegar to ketchup, though.

All packages say that so the company can cover its ass if someone gets sick. I've had a bottle of oyster & a bottle of mushroom sauce in my cabinet for 2+ years and they're fine. I just shake them every now and then when I think about it.
