As for you OP, it's fine. That 07:03 AM timestamp is your ticket to success. First thing in the morning Walmart fries up a bunch of chicken and immediately refrigerates it so sell to EBT customers later in the day.

This is much better than other stores who set chicken under their heat lamps for hours and then just EBT chill whatever didn't sell.
