I think I actually am getting more powerful because I can run a mile in 6 minutes and 10 years ago it took me 12 minutes. Small quantities aren't harmful. It can only make you ill if you already were infected with something.

Following a harsh course of antibiotic you actually benefit from consuming your own poop, to reestablish your natural gut biome. Otherwise there is a risk of chonic infection.
