This is a traditional Turkish breakfast dish, called "Menemen". It's basically sauteed bell pepper + tomato(es) and egg. You can add some cheese in there for extra protein and taste as well. I eat this every morning with some cottage cheese and olives. 40g of protein, and it's tasty as fuck. Try it sometime.

Mexican roasted sweet corn on the cob. It usually starts with not steamed corn, but roasted over coals in the husk, so right before this clip if done right you'd see them pull back the husks.

Now there is a common theme to street food and fruit in mexico, lime juice and chili-salt. They sprinkle it on cucumber spears, mango, pineapple, melon, etc. There is ways to have butter without refrigeration, and not use up limes too, you use mexican mayo instead, as mexican mayo is made with lime juice, not vinegar. So you get creamy and tangy in one. Now they also can make lime-chili salt, such as tajin brand.
