Did you ever stop to think that maybe the fact that you have diarrhea might mean that food is not supposed to be consumed? It's not healthy at all.

It's a possibility, sure. But a more likely possibility is that it's your body that's the problem and not the food.

I eat spicy as hell food often. Never get diarrhea. Thai, Indian, Chili, Hot Chicken, Mexican....never diarrhea. Your GI tract is defective. Don't blame that on the food.
