I'm not putting on order but, the ones I like are: heart of palm pastel, brazilian yakidoba (which isn't entirely a Brazilian dish), a strange bean dish that looked like feijoada that I ate in Minas Gerais and that's what marked me the most.

The rest is pretty much stuff that I can do better. Cheese bread is so easy to do and much better with real quality cheese instead of yours. Açaí can be better prepared.

Your barbecue was also a joke. Thin slices with no marbling. Picanha isn't good, a ribeye is just better.

The northeast food is kinda good, but not very impressive.

Adelaide is probably the city I've spent the most time in, and their street/drunk food is probably the AB, short for abortion. Fairly standard chips, yiros* meat, mix of sauces that crops up all over the place. The two takeaway shops that claim to have invented it are a few shopfronts away from each other. The suburb has a large number of university residential colleges and the different colleges seem to have tribal preferences, though the Blue and White has far better food, nicer staff and fewer health code violations (though the upstart leb place across the road is better than both frankly).

*More Greeks in South Aus and gyros got anglicised to yiros
