Thoughts?

1. Do not drink water (or anything else) with meals. It interferes with digestion. Wait an hour after eating to drink water.

2. Do not eat proteins with carbs like potatoes or bread

3. Limit acidifying foods (white rice, bread, pineapples, yogurt, etc).

4. Eat fruits by themselves. They digest quickly.

5. Drink 20 oz of water with electrolytes as soon as you wake up

that's only good if you want to gain weight otherwise it could even turn out unhealthy
>2. Do not eat proteins with carbs like potatoes or bread
this is bullshit
>3. Limit acidifying foods (white rice, bread, pineapples, yogurt, etc).
this is even more bullshit, there is no such thing as acidifying food
>4. Eat fruits by themselves. They digest quickly.
or eat them together with something else. they digest quickly.
and why is digesting quickly even important?
>5. Drink 20 oz of water with electrolytes as soon as you wake up
or just drink tap water, or do it half an hour later, or a drink milk, or tea
