I work at a cheese packing plant and I'll let you in on a little secret.
You know the wood pulp that sounds like wet paper that gets added into the shredded cheese? It comes in a huge bag, and the stuff looks like highly ground flour.
Probably a little less than a teaspoon (not even) gets added into a standard package.
Now something like fiber additives? They recommend that you mix in two teaspoons into your food or cup of coffee.
