Since when do you not fast on sundays?... I just fast every third day for 36 hrs because lazy, it's quite a relief.

i never fasten because i'm not poor and i have a good metabolism that keeps me skinny no matter what and when i eat.

>every third day for 36 hours
sounds very unhealthy. if you fasten do it right and don't eat at all, just drink water and have a clear veggie broth for dinner every second day or so.

okay buddy. 36 hrs isn't as bad as it sounds, eat last dinner day 1 and breakfast day 3. Eat last dinner day 4, and so on.

We aren't made to eat constantly, you will pay the price sooner or later if you can't stop stuffing your face. Good luck with that

>OMAD
Sounds pretty good. I go 2MAD just because I eat breakfast for lunch, until day 3 which is 0MAD. I think it evens out

The best part is the time and energy it frees up. The hunger actually motivates me to do stuff. So far my fasting days are the most productive.

Do as me, wrap yourself in a blanky and grab a cup of creamy coffee. Feels alright.

Is cream allowed?

It won't take you out of keto, but this guy says it will stunt "autophagy"... whatever that means. Meh, 'tis comforting.
