I do it eventhough I usually try to conform to authentic italian when I cook and it traditionally should just be toast with a clove of garlic rubbed on it and drizzled with EVOO. But I like garlic, so I make a garlic butter, slather my bread and bake it until toasty. Damn good, tbqhfam.
