I just sauteed broccoli and carrots in lots of ground pepper. Butter of course was used. Then I added eggs on the side, waited until the whites were cooked then started scrambling it. Making sure the yellow and white were separately cooked in the mashup.

Once it was all cooked I layed it on a dish and added shredded mixed cheese all over it. Cheese is the better condiment.
