Forgot that the french fries should be frozen to allow them to cook longer, left the rest in the freezer for 30 minutes. First batch turned out shit and soggy.

Well I'm finally onto something. Been doing the whole double fry thing wrong, turns out I had to lower the heat, let them cook on the inside for 6 minutes, and only then turn it to max. Damn, wasted 2 hours.

Well, first batch ready. They are crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They have a weird sweetness to it, which I don't really mind to be quite honest.
