Sure. Super easy, only tip is to keep the glaze warm and spread it on as soon as the sheet comes out of the oven so it sort of melts into the top and crystalizes.

Bars:
2 sticks butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups raisins

Glaze:
5 tbsp browned butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
enough milk for glaze consistency

cream butter and sugar
add eggs and vanilla, beat well
add dry ingredients and combine
spread into pan
bake at 350F for 20-25mins for 13x18 bakers half sheet or 25-30mins for a 11x17 cookie sheet
immediately add and spread glaze
let cool completely and portion as desired
