Salisbury steak was the GOAT option from the hot lunch program at one of the elementary schools I went to.
Gravy, creamy mashed taters, a nice slice of steak, and no veggies randomly shoehorned to make it 'healthy' (seriously, imagine eating a calzone and there's pieces of broccoli)

Dr. Salisbury was an interesting guy; basically the Atkins of the 1800's. He invented the Salisbury steak as a key part of the low carb diet he promoted.
