Tell me about your favorite local joint thats only available in your region/state.

In Greensboro NC we got this mediterranean place called ghassans. Its 10/10. I always get a lamb gyro with fries.

Bad Wolf Burgers in Lexington, KY. They do one thing only and they do it well. Pic related, it's their signature burger, the Bad Wolf. Cajun blackening spice, bacon, and beer cheese on a toasted bun.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA - there's some amazing shit here that isn't Primanti Brothers, which is honestly pretty overrated even though it's the go-to Pittsburgh restaurant. My personal favourite is a little breakfast diner in the Strip (cultural district) called Sunny O's. They've got some of the best eggs and hash I've eaten period and the people there are spectacular.
