xr doesnt have the high that the instant releases do, but its more even for regular use and in my experience doesnt build tolerance/demand you to do more. kratom only really does shit on a completely empty stomach, and it takes the edge off the adderall a bit and makes me super happy to be whatever it is i need to do, so it's the perfect combo for me. also depends on the vein, but for regular daily use at work youd want a white or green for energy (green maeng da for me.)
