Rice gets dry regardless of how well you make it.

Furikake. That's what it's made for: seasoning leftover rice.

Though I almost never eat rice by itself. For me it's a side dish to be eaten along side the rest of a meal.

Yukari, spicy soy mayo or the same sticky sauces you get on take out fried chicken chunks. Spiciness is always nice though.

Why put shit on rice?
It's a filler like potatoes or bread

Because putting stuff on it makes it taste good. Same with potatoes and bread.

I put food on my rice. it's usually complement to a protein and some vegetables. though if you are eating it alone there are a lot of things you can mix and match
>tumeric
>cayenne
>soy sauce
>chili garlic sauce
>butter
when cooking it, I also crush a clove of garlic in there added with the salt. adds a great aroma but doesn't affect taste too strongly. you can also put celery or carrot or whatever the fuck you want to flavor the rice during cooking process, makes it less bland to begin with.

I can't believe you have such poor knowledge of rice. Rice gets dry over time, regardless of your skill level.
