No, I guess the worst you could get (assuming it's only personal use) is community service, suspended sentence or a fine. Though I think it's probably very rare that anyone ever gets prosecuted for something like that. Imagine literally jailing someone for something as trivial as abusing cough medicine. Here you can get high using a non-prescription cough medicine that has dxm. Though to curb this kind of misuse they've put things that act as laxatives when taken in exessive amounts in it and they usually won't sell more than 1 bottle per time. You can always seperate the dxm from it though.
