If you're serious, meals that are less heavy on meat and more about vegetables. Mushroom omelettes, noodles and peas, rice and beans, side of spinach with everything, that kind of thing. Remove all soda and juice from your house and stick to plain tap water or mineral water, really important. Satsumas or crackers for snacks. She CAN lose weight. Number 1 is getting them to hydrate through water instead of soda. And stop her from stuffing her fat ass face with pizza, make her healthy vegetable wraps with tasty sauce in them, everything has to have some kind of vegetable in it.

You are going to listen to everything I say as gospel. High protein and fat with little to no carbs. She should not eat more than 1000 calories a day. She can also eat as many vegetables ss she wants because those are low in calories. The only fruit she is allowed is berries because they are very low in calories. I know 1000 seems like but it really isnt for her sedentary lifestyle. Even if she works out she should still eat 1000. Measure out the calories. If she is hungry tell her she can drink plain old water. If she bitches before bed I will allow the occasional light spoonful of peanut butter but it better have no sugar in it. Carbs are too high calorie. Don't touch them often in the weight loss process. Everything needs to be filling and she needs to stay hydrated. The weight should drop quite quickly doing this. I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks for my cut. If she is as fat as I think the weifht will fall off quick. Slow to no progress means she is cheating. Count calories exactly to make sure. Just eat a fuck ton of vegetables. Want a bag of chips? Eat some vegetables. Burger? Replace the bun with vegetables. Pasta? Take out half the noodles, add vegetables. Do not keep snack food in the house, fruit should be the only sweet you eat. Water, black coffee and tea should be the only things you drink. Treats are allowed but don't even think about it until you're at least a month in.

PS the hard part will be getting her to understand and do all this, it's very easy for fat people to fall into the "it's not my fault" trap these days. Put up some progress pictures in her kitchen, ideally of women who started fatter than her. Shame can be a fantastic motivator. If she used to be skinny let her catch you masturbating to an old picture of her.
