Human beings evolved to highly enjoy carbohydrates, sweets(the buns are load in sugar), fats, and salts which pic related is loaded in

The reason for this is that they were a rarity until even a couple of hundred years ago so gorging on them when you had the chance helped you store food as energy

However, only very recently has such food been easily accessible in abundance, even for the poorest of the poor and the desire has to consciously be mitigated as our evolution has not caught up with are rapidly progressing technolg
