I went Friday for the weekend. Salami,block of Muenster cheese,a few cans of sardines,and Saltines. Also cleaned out my fridge and made way to much goulash. Probably will throw half of it out. It came out meh.

I'm having some friends over for an eyes wide shut style orgy, so it'll be onion rings along with sauteed broccoli and baked carrots, just to nosh on afterwards while we play cards. Might make some water crackers as well.
I'm using vidalia onions, plan is dredge corn starch, egg, breadcrumbs, egg, breadcrumbs. Quick fry just to cook the outer layers this afternoon, then into the fridge. Take them out and crisp them up when we take our seventh inning stretch, so to speak. They should still be hot once we finish.

Uhh I think I am gonna eat stir fry for the next few days, so bell peppers and shit for that. Might make egg rolls to go with it. Gonna get some jelly to make some peanut butter and jelly's for lunch this week. I'm making fudge for a friend's birthday tomorrow, so I gotta get semisweet chocolate. A box of earl grey and uhhhhh of course a big ass box of eggs. I think that's it.
