Bourbon barbecue sauce
Mayo
My friend made some burger sauce he saw on youtube once that was pretty good. I think he got it from a babish video, so it was probably something pretty standard but still good all the same.

Greek vinaigrette. Bit of Greek yogurt depending on the type of burger.

Mayo, tzatziki, franks buffalo sauce, or sometimes plain greek yogurt.

Ketchup and BBQ. And whatever hot sauce is to hand.

If you haven't already, try ouzo bbq sauce. It's ridiculous how tasty and versatile it is.

My secret sauce: Mayo, paprika, a little garlic, and a little cumin. I think it goes great with seared meats, but burgers especially.

Never heard of that, but it sounds good already. Is the flavor of licorice very "in your face"?

No, no, not at all. Besides, you can play with the quantity/quality of the ouzo used. I am a slave to the taste of anise so I add extra but on its own, the flavour is quite mild.

I use chopped.
Basic recipe is 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp cumin. Makes a nice base sauce. I can add all sorts of savory or hot stuff depending on food and mood.
