yeah if you can't make chicken breasts taste good you probably are shit at cooking. not that theyre better than other cuts but it's not hard make them tasty. literally just butterfly them, use a jaccard tool, let them sit in salt and olive oil for 30 mins and pan fry until 155° or so. just don't overcook and they'll be juicy.

it's not just more flavor, it's different. I could easily tell the difference between them. plus there are textural reasons, properly cooked chicken breast has a nice texture imo. dark meat has to be cooked longer like in braises or it will have a bouncy almost elastic texture to it. It is all preference, I'm just saying you're a shit cook if you can't make breast taste good with simple preparation, it is not tasteless. never said I liked white meat more you dumb bong.
