Am I the only one who does this? I feel like I'll get a better recipe if the person posting it is actually from the culture of that recipe. Pic related if I ever need a Korean recipe.

Why are you looking for recipes on YouTube? Can't you read?

I like to google translate the dish and get recipes that way. There's still 80% trash like any general sample, but at least when you find a good one you can be more confident it's based on experience.

black people don't actually know how to cook, they just overwhelm everything with grease

corn bread is made like this:

buy jiffy corn bread mix, make according to package

No I do that too, I also try to find lowkey home-made videos basically someone wanting to post a vid to show a friend etc

The best ones I've found are when someone cooks with their parent/grandparent and have them explain as they go along, it's really informative and no meme editing plus it's comfy

I always check to see if the person presenting a southern recipe has a southern accent before moving on in the video.

What does cornbread have to do with niggers? Perhaps you're confusing cornbread with chitlins? Corn is an american grain not an African one, and cornbread is a generically southern US food, because they don't grow wheat in that part of the country and there wasnt a good cheap way of transporting it there at a competitive price.

The southern US has a lot of blacks (particularly fat ones). If anyone knows cornbread, it's them.

She most likely had enough nog blood in her so she could cook like one. Afterall, most southerners had a nog or 2 in the woodpile at some point in their ancestry.

The southern us has a shitton more southerners. Cornbread isnt even a particularly nigger food. If you'd said pulled pork then yeah I'd agree that hogs are your go to ethnicity. But cornbread? Thats as retarded as claiming that only Irish can make lobster bisque because there are a lot of Irish in Boston. Cornbread is Appalachian bread, think banjos and hatfields and mccoys and deliverance, though it eventually became popular elsewhere.
