Someone should invent something whereby you can list the contents of a meal, describing their mass and ratios, and how to mix them together and to cook them.

How do you know that an apple will be good before you bite into it?

Experience with a variety of foods, spices, ingredients, etc., should enable you to come up with a fairly accurate hypothesis about what it will taste like to you. A more interesting question would be do others experience the same taste and flavor sensations for the same dishes as you do. Kind of like are colors seen the same by other people or is what I see as purple seen as what would be the way someone else sees as red.

I'm thinking more about the problem of sharing tastes and flavors in some way. Like, I bite into this apple to taste it. Now I want to share what I've just tasted in a way that you can taste the very exact same thing too in an instant. Like sharing a picture or music. Instead of shipping my nasty bitten apple to you across the world there should be some device that can emulate flavours and replicate them.

You don't, you go by how it sounds. If you like X,Y and Z vegetables and you see a recipe containing X Y and Z vegetables, everything else being equal you'll probably like that dish. But you won't know unless you try, and you wouldn't try it in the first place if someone hadn't given you the idea, assuming you found the recipe online or in a cookbook or something.

How so? Can't you come up with a pretty good guess based on the description overall and your knowledge of similar dishes? Granted it might not be 100% reliable but it seems like it is perfectly sufficient.
