breakfast:
boiled egg (precooked in bulk) + salt, pepper
quick oatmeal or buckwheat (takes longer)
instant coffee + hot water, take it to go and drink whilst in traffic

lunch:
sandwich, made at home

dinner:
grilled meat (whatever you feel like that dy)
mash potatoes (or rice, made in bulk)
steamed veg
chicken soup (made in bulk)

most minimalist i can think of
the above includes gluten/bread so you'll have to be white to digest. if you're non-white then use rice as your staple carb.

No matter how broke you are, and take this from someone that works 2 jobs 7 days a week making around $430 a week, don't fall for that bullshit rice and potatoes bullshit. Eggs frozen veggies cheap meat(whatever's on sale). I also eat fresh veggies and/or fruit daily. And probably spend about $6-10 a day eating. About 2 months ago I was eating chips and peanut butter sandwiches for meals and overweight 6'5" and 245lbs. I started on this paleo diet and I'm down to 210 and starting to see my abs and always have veins in my biceps. Cut out all refined grains carbs and sugars and your body will know what it actually needs. Gains before grains my nigga.

This, but unironically.

only eat meat, choose fatty cuts, the amount of fat decides how full you'll be.

Rice, taters, peas/carrots (frozen), bananas, cheese (sparingly), peanuts, beans, healthy bulk cereal with whole grains, milk, eggs, chicken, ground beef or stew meat. You'll need spices of course, but that should be a good absolute bare minimum if you're really that hard up.

If you're smart, you can make your own yogurt and grow some herbs and greens for practically nothing.

Also, to make stuff you'll probably need some basic necessities like flour and oil, but those are cheap as fuck too, and will help fill out your macros. You're a big boy though you should figure it out yourself. Those things I listed are usually pretty good trade-offs cost:nutrient-wise.
