How does the sauna get hot enough to cook the meat w/o cooking you too? How do saunas work, do you sit around naked with a bunch of other men? Sounds like it could be fun, depending on how I was swinging that day, I suppose.

I'm not OP, but a lot of saunas have a heater in the center, often having hot coals or smilar inside. I assume the food is cooked on or in that thing, rather than in the same area where the people sit.

AFIK it's basically a continuous roation of the follwing:
1) shoot vodka
2) sit in the hot steamy sauna
3) Optional step: self-flagellate with birch branches
4) Exit sauna, jump in ice-cold lake for as long as you can take it
Repeat at step 1.
