No, but it's a safe bet given that it's an overweight, poor looming shitskin buying unhealthy shit with her bastard in tow. As a former cashier you will start noticing the signs and can tell when someone's going to pay with stamps before they ever roll up to the counter.

What is hilarious is that these people complain they don't get enough gibs, when they can easily spend half to a third less buying smart, while getting more food. It also helps if they would not sell their stamps for alcohol and cigarette money.
