i dont think the problem is that its an ingredient, its that its literally the douchiest way to make mashed potatoes. if there were potatoes in an actual dough it would be fine, but its not. johns video there its like, 1/4 potato tops. theres probably more egg than potato. in the OP, its 90% potato acting like its a casserole
