Most local asian supermarkets will probably stock it. I get them from my little saigon vietnamese part of town but I'm pretty sure they're primarily chinese. Calbee makes shrimp chips that taste the same, but they're in a different shape and that's a Japanese company.

They're usually flour/starch/rice chips with crab/shrimp flavoring. There's smaller kinds you buy pre-made like american chips and there's kinds they sell like wonton wrappers that you fry and they make a big chip

Peanut flavored puffs are indeed very good. It's the salty version of cap'n crunch PB. They're a bigger thing overseas than in the US.

Thai pandan crisps in the little rolls are delicious, esp with sesame flavor. I've only ever found them twice in asian supermarkets.
